Drive by the property to ensure that you are comfortable with the appearance, location, and surrounding area; and then make an appointment to view the property with one of our licensed property managers. If, while viewing the property, you decide the unit is your new home, you may fill out an application by clicking the Rental Listings link at the top of our site, find the applicable property and click the "APPLY NOW" button in the bottom right corner of the property description.
For your convenience as well as ours, the application must be filled out completely. Click on the Rental Listings tab and click Apply Now on the property you are interested in. There is a $100-dollar application fee applied per person when filling out the application. One application must be submitted for each person over the age of 18 who will reside in the home.
Upon receipt of your application, BWE Realty LLC will review it. This process includes running a credit report, background check, verifying employment and rental history along with verifying the references included on your application. The process takes at least two business day or longer depending upon responses in relation to verifications.
